School: primary village school in remote location in Faryab Province
Build: 6 classrooms + well + latrines + chowkidar (security guard)
Children: 300

Feb 2015: The village community are actively involved with this project, holding jirgas (meetings) whenever decisions are required. There is also a core group of signatories for the community ownership of the school. Afghan Appeal Fund covered running costs (approx £5,000) for the first year before the Ministry of Education took on the school in 2014
